Power Player : Margrit Biever Mondavi

Margrit Biever Mondavi, Vice President of Cultural Affairs at the Robert Mondavi Winery, is credited with transforming Napa Valley into the culinary and arts Mecca it is today.  For four decades, she has been contesting the traditionally all-boys club and promoting the idea that women can learn and talk about wine just as knowledgably.  “If it’s [a] good [idea], don’t talk about it.  Just do it!”  This week’s “Power Player” shares some bits of advice and a few laughs.
