President and CEO Larry Lucchino has made some fascinating changes to the historic hundred year old Fenway Park over the last ten years. Once a stadium known rather for its uncleanliness and restrictive “Green Monster” wall is now a park boasting historical charm and intimacy that Red Sox fans have come to love. Ten years and two hundred and eighty five million dollars later we now see Fenway clean, restored, and modernized with new features such as added seating and restaurants. With the project coming to an end, and the 100 year anniversary coming up this spring you can expect to see Fenway on display in a big way.
