Perfect Pairings : Hogue Riesling

Ceviche, with its medley of chopped seafood and citrus juices, doesn't seem to complement any particular wine flavor... except for Hogue Riesling, of course. Paired with Japanese Yellow Tail (or any other seafood, really), Riesling will make your tastebuds swirl. The mildly sweet aromas of apple, pear and melon blend perfectly with the bold and salty sushi rice to create a rich yet light combination. Heaven never seemed so close.
