The wait is finally over! 10 years and half a billion dollars later, the MFA’s Art of the Americas wing has arrived. Tony Corey gets "Plugged In" to the exhibit with museum director, Malcolm Rogers. The building, designed by Norman Foster, houses more than 5,000 works of art produced in North, Central, and South America over the course of three millennia.
The grand opening of the Art of the Americas Wing includes a week’s worth of events starting November 12 and culminates in a free Community Open House on November 20.
