From fly-fishing to downtown Woodstock’s shopping, there’s something for every member of the family in Woodstock, Vermont. Kate Sidell and the crew spend 24 hours around the town in this “Scene Spotter.”

The Woodstock Inn and Resort, Vermont’s most beautiful address, is their base of operations as Kate and her team search for the perfect accents for her new restaurant, The Metropolitan Club at Legacy Place.

First up? Thistle Hill Farm for their award-winning cheese. The aged, raw milk, farmstead organic cheese (called Tarentaise) is handmade by owners John and Janine Putnam. The Putnam’s take us through the complex flavors and aromas of their artisanal cheese, which is sure to make a great addition to Kate’s menu!
